All prices are per person per night and include full English breakfast and VAT at 17.5% Service is not included and is at the discretion of the guest Rooms are available from 4.00pm, should you wish to arrive earlier simply let us know. All five bedrooms have en-suite facilities, individually controlled central heating, remote control TV, radio, free wireless internet access, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities with hospitality tray. Iron and ironing board, trouser press and laundry facilities are available on request. We no longer serve evening meals but there are several restaurants and pubs in and around Axminster which serve good food. We have details at reception and can make reservations for you. Bookings can be made by phone Tel: 01297 35333, letter, or e-mail with a deposit of £50.00 per room. However, if cancellation is made prior to 7 days before check in time, the deposit may be carried forward to another booking within three months of the original booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in will be charged at the full amount. Those made between 48 hours and 7 days before check in will be charged at 50% of the full amount unless the room can be re-let. Cancellation insurance is relatively inexpensive and we can let you have details on request. Bookings can also be made online If you are arriving by train we can arrange to collect you from Axminster station, just let us know what time you will be arriving. Our intention is to make your stay at Kerrington House restful, relaxing and refreshing.
